The wrong size bag was sent. The company requested photographic proof which I sent. Then I was ghosted by the company. They did not respond to 5 inquiries. I notified my credit card company and they refunded my charge. Do not order from this company.
This bag has all the features I want. My items are now more organized and the strap is wide enough for a comfortable fit unlike my previous sling bag.
I love this bag so much! It is sleek and stylish. I love that it isnt bulky even when I stuff it full of items such as my laptop, power cord, planner, book, toiletry bag, keys, headphone case, and wallet. I received a lot of complimennts.
I received my Cluci sling bag and was very impressed with the quality. It has multiple zippered pockets. Enough room for my sunglasses, cell phone and also a water bottle. The exterior leatherette is very soft and the strap is easily adjustable. The price is great as well. I would highly recommend this bag!
